1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Sale or discounted items unless faulty.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@cargosports.com or use the Contact Form on our website.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and product details.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and send you a return shipping label if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item.
  • In cases of faulty or incorrect items, CargoSports will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Please ensure that the return package is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 7-10 business days.
  • If the item is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be rejected.

6. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges of the products can be done with in 2 to 3 business days.
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
  • Photos of the damaged item may be requested for verification purposes.
  • Replacement of the products will be done in 2 to 3 days.

8. Order can be cancelled:

  • If you have already initiated a return and wish to cancel the return, please inform us before we process the return. Once we begin processing the return, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Order Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

9. Exceptions:
